Feature announcement videos for your changelog
A feature announcement video is a 10 to 15 second clip that shows one new thing your product does, for your changelog, in-app announcement or social posts. In stingkit, the Spotlight template puts a NEW chip, a headline and your screenshot under a moving spotlight, then lists what changed; you export it as MP4 in your browser in a few minutes.

What to write
- Headline (the product name field): the feature, not the company. "Recurring invoices", not "Big news from Ledgerly".
- Tagline: what the user can do now that they couldn't yesterday, in one line.
- Features: three details: where to find it, who gets it, one limit ("Pro plans, from today").
- Badge: "New in 2.4" or the release date.
- Screenshot: the new screen, cropped to the part that changed.
Embed it on your changelog
An MP4 plays inline in every current browser without a player script. This is all the HTML you need (it autoplays muted and loops, like a GIF but a tenth of the size):

Unlimited ($12 a month) removes the mark from every video while it's active, so a weekly changelog clip costs nothing extra. $19 covers one product name for 30 days, which suits a single launch.
Can I put the video in an email?
Most email clients don't play video. Use a still frame (pause the preview and screenshot it) linked to the video on your changelog or on YouTube.
Can every clip keep the same look?
Yes. The editor remembers your text and colours in this browser. Change the headline and features for each release and keep the rest.
